The International Journal of Applied Mechanics and Engineering (IJAME) is an Open Access journal, which allows free, unrestricted access to its entire contents without any post-publication restrictions for all users.

Copyright Notice
Authors publishing in the International Journal of Applied Mechanics and Engineering (IJAME) retain the copyright to their articles without restrictions. Authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute the final published version of the article.
Open Access License
All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Under this license, third parties are free to download, read, and share the work, provided proper credit is given to the original author(s) and source. The material cannot be used for commercial purposes, and modified or adapted versions cannot be distributed without prior permission.
Repository (Self-Archiving) Policy
Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to deposit all versions of their paper—including the Submitted Version (Preprint), the Accepted Version (Author Accepted Manuscript), and the Published Version (Version of Record)—in any institutional, thematic, or other repository of their choice (such as personal websites, research networks, or institutional databases) without any embargo period. Appropriate bibliographic details and a link (preferably the DOI) to the original publication on the IJAME website must be provided.
Digital Preservation and Archiving Policy
To ensure the long-term availability, preservation, and accessibility of all published scientific articles, the International Journal of Applied Mechanics and Engineering (IJAME) actively participates in the digital preservation program managed by the University of Zielona Góra.
The long-term archiving of materials deposited in the Repository of the University of Zielona Góra is jointly realized by two specialized university units:
1. The University Library of the University of Zielona Góra (Scientific Information and Repository Department/Section) — responsible for the metadata, bibliographical, and data standardization layers. This includes the verification of metadata (in accordance with the Dublin Core standard), validation of file formats approved for long-term preservation (such as PDF/A), access rights management, and the assignment of Persistent Identifiers (such as Handle and DOI).
2. The Computer Center of the University of Zielona Góra — responsible for the technological and infrastructural layers. This includes the continuous maintenance of the repository servers (based on the DSpace platform), disk array management, creation of regular backups, and their secure replication and storage in the university’s external backup nodes/locations.
Mandatory Charges
Papers selected for publication in IJAME are subject to a mandatory charge of €250 before publication. The maximum length for IJAME papers is limited to 15 printed pages (A4 size). Authors of longer papers will be assessed a mandatory charge of €25 per page over 15 pages. The total amount will be invoiced to the author for correspondence (his company, institution, or agency).
